I am a postdoctoral researcher at Faculty of Economics & Business, University of Zagreb, Croatia. I study how demographic change affects economics and vise versa. Once, I used PC for gaming, now turned to various analyses in R and, recently, Python. I am keen on data visualization and modelling.
I hold a doctorate in economics from Faculty of Economics & Business Zagreb since May 2020. My research on economic demography is focused on Croatia and Europe. I am an advocate of open science and applied research. I have given interviews or comments on various demographic topics for majority of Croatian media outlets and commented on national and regional demographic trends for several major international media outlets such as The Economist, BIRN, Deutche Welle, France24 or Radio France/France Info.
If you want to get in touch with me for scientific or business cooperation or you are just looking for a fishing partner around Split during summer or basketball in Zagreb, feel free to contact me.
